The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has decided to continue the opposition action to overthrow the Rama government in January.
From the 'pulpit' in Manëz, the leader of the DP says that Rama will only leave by resisting.
He invites all Democrats to set a date in January and come out every night.
In 2026, Berisha said, the opposition will be a missionary to overthrow the dictatorship in Albania.
"Let us swear, on the appointed day, to occupy the square and return to the square every night until we drive it out. Let us not think that the street is violence, no. The street is our resistance, the square is ours and Rama is leaving like a mouse, he cannot stay there. So let us enter the year 2026 as missionaries. As the fortunate ones who have the opportunity to overthrow a second dictatorship in Albania," said Berisha.
He said that they tried to attack the opposition in every way, but they failed.
"You stood up together, like giants, in an act unprecedented in history, resisting the greatest injustices," Berisha said.
