Democratic Party deputy Flamur Noka has reacted after the decision of GJKKO to tighten the security measure against Sali Berisha.
The Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime has accepted SPAK's request and has decided to place former Prime Minister Berisha under "house arrest".
He says that Rama turned Albania into the little Russia of Europe with the arrest of the opposition leader. Noka adds that the former prime minister was arrested without evidence, only because he is revealing facts about Veliaj, Úngjëll Agaçi.
The deputy stressed that the only way to overthrow Rama is civil disobedience.
"With today's decision of the Political Justice, we can say that Edi Rama turned Albania into the little Russia of Europe with the arrested opposition leader. Today, the leader of the opposition, Prof Dr. Sali Berisha, is arrested and imprisoned without any charges, without any facts and without any evidence...simply because in freedom and in political activity he calls Edi Rames and the power gang. Arrested because he was discretizing every day more and more with facts and evidence the New Political Right which hides, destroys the evidence for Erion Veliaj, Engjell Agac and the head of the regime Edi Rama and fabricates political files for the leaders of the opposition...SPAK and GJKKO after this the decision reinstated the State Security as organs of violence of the dictatorship against the opponents of the Regime. The calculations were wrong. Civil disobedience to bring this narco-regime to its knees is the only way for the opposition and the Albanians. Oh Today or Never", said Noka in his reaction.
