Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has again broken the measure of house arrest, inviting the German politician Elmar Brook, former chairman of the foreign affairs committee in the European Parliament, to his house this Tuesday.
We remind you that this is not the first time that Berisha broke the "house arrest" security measure, as a few weeks ago he allowed Rai3 journalists to enter the premises of the house.
According to the law, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha is forbidden to leave his apartment or meet with people who are not part of his immediate family.
During his speech, from Berisha's balcony, the European politician Elmar Brook evaluated the political achievements of the head of the DP, Sali Berisha, for whom he shared high considerations for him.
He added that a country that accedes to become part of the EU cannot detain the leader of the opposition from participating in Parliament, as elected by the people, without a final court decision.
