Rama in group meeting

Tomorrow Nicholas will convene the Conference of Presidents and on the agenda are discussions precisely to approve this resolution...

There are even more doubts about the resolution proposed by the SP for the establishment of a parliamentary commission that will fight corruption.

Last week, the prime minister presented the initiative to the parliamentary group, and many raised questions that this was a maneuver to capture SPAK and the justice reform. The SP claims that a political alliance is needed to attack corruption and demands this after 10 years in power.

But Rama did not waste time, demanding that this resolution be passed in the Parliament as soon as possible. Tomorrow Nikola will convene the Conference of Presidents and on the agenda are the discussions about this very resolution. Rama has extended the hand of cooperation to Berisha's group and so far there has not been a "No" from them. Tomorrow will be decided whether we will have real shopping or not.

But what stands out is that politics is rushing too much with this project. The question that normally arises is why? The signals are that it is all part of the bargain reached a while ago Rama-Berisha. DP put an end to the chaos in the Parliament and now the occult agreements have started.

Rama-Berisha rush to pass the anti-SPAK resolution before the arrival of

The second element is that politics is rushing before the new American ambassador arrives in Tirana. The US Embassy came out with a strange reaction supporting the initiative, but the EU yesterday was different. Brussels set red lines making it clear that the 2016 reform should not be affected.

The signals are that with the arrival of the new American ambassador the situation will change. Since Yuri Kim left, the embassy has lost what strength it once had. The current envoy is very soft in his attitudes and this has made politics do as he pleases. The resolution in question is also related to this very thing, as it seems as if everyone is in a hurry to overturn the reform before David Kostelancik arrives.

But how does politics intend to capture justice and constitutional bodies? " Pamphlet " warned some time ago of the establishment of an anti-SPAK commission. The first to give the signals was Eduard Shalsi, who admitted in an interview that he was thinking of setting up a commission that will monitor the constitutional bodies that report to the Assembly. This is also confirmed in the resolution.

" The Assembly undertakes: To ensure in a transparent manner, available to this process the best domestic and international expertise (especially with strategic partners, the EU and the USA) and through the rules, procedures and parliamentary mechanisms to set up a Special Parliamentary Commission, which to address the undertaking of reforms aimed at GOOD GOVERNANCE, RULE OF LAW AND ANTI-CORRUPTION FOR ALBANIA 2030 IN THE EUROPEAN UNION through an assessment / analysis of the situation in these areas as well as the drafting of a National Action Plan, with a long-term timeframe, recommending as much as necessary also concrete measures for possible legal and institutional changes which must be addressed in each field by the responsible institutions. The entire process that will be undertaken and supervised by the Special Parliamentary Commission will be carried out in accordance with the Constitution and relevant laws in force and will in no way affect the existing, constitutional and legal framework for the establishment of independent institutions of justice . it is stated in one of the points of the resolution, which is also a key point.

In short, we do not have an anti-corruption war, but the seizure of institutions to prevent the punishment of the corrupt, or to bring to justice only those whom the party wants. And in this ominous scenario, Rama and Berisha seem to be together again. / Pamphlet
