For the head of the LZHK, Dashamir Shehi, the case against Sali Berisha must end, since according to him, it has blocked Albanian politics and the emancipation that can come from the opposition camp.
Invited to the show "Open" on News24, Shehi said that if Sali Berisha committed atrocities, they should be clarified on the day of the trial and that no one should deal with this story.
He said that we cannot deal with Sali Berisha all the time, discussing every time he appears in SPAK.
" For me, politically, that Berisha should be released and not deal with this matter. What does it mean that they call him for the figure he had, the role within the institutions and the age he has. If there are atrocities to be clarified, they will be clarified on the day of judgment and this story will end. If this man has done what they claim to make a decision and close this story. I am making a political judgment. If you want to free the opposition from this impasse, the politicians must close this work ", said Shehi.
