From the roundabout of Bradashes, the democrat Ivi Kaso asked for the understanding of the citizens for the road blockade as a result of the rally.
He added that he hoped that by 20:00, there would be no incidents and that the police had taken measures to divert traffic to some secondary roads. According to him, the organization of this protest is within all the rules.
" We ask for the understanding of the citizens for all the opposition who have filled the roundabout of Bradashes, to end this citizen's blockade. I hope that by the end of the process that we have started, this form of protest will not be before 20:00 and no other acts will be recorded. The state police have taken diversion measures. We are determined to take this joint effort until... the police have no doubts that not only the organizers, but also the citizens, will be prosecuted. We would like the police to show diligence every time the prime minister or the mayor of Tirana decides to block normal traffic without any warning for any kind of party or party they call. We ask the police to do their best to minimize the inconvenience of citizens who do not join us. We have undertaken this organization within the rules. If you provoke, the police will get the deserved response ," said Kaso.
