Just before the protest, Noka appeals to the police: Do not provoke, we are in civil disobedience!

The deputy of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, spoke shortly before the start of the protest called by the opposition, which he described as the second act of civil disobedience of the opposition.

MP Noka emphasized that the action is in the wake of the civil disobedience announced a few weeks ago.

Noka has called on the police not to provoke, since the citizens are already in civil disobedience and there is no narco-police serving the narco-regime, which can suppress the opposition.

"Don't provoke, we are in civil disobedience ," said Noka.
