The counting of votes in Kukës has been blocked. Although the voting ended at 19:00, the counting has not yet started, because the parties have not yet sent commissioners to the counting tables.
The head of the CEC, Ilirian Celibashi, has called on them to unblock the impasse as soon as possible.
" After the completion of the delivery of all ballot boxes and their 100% regular acceptance by KZAZ Kukës, CEC Albania calls on the electoral subjects that have the right to appoint members of the Vote Counting Groups to act without wasting time and continue with the legal obligation of counting votes in an uninterrupted manner ", writes Celibashi.
