Socialist MP Erion Braçe has exploded in strong criticism of the atrocities that Fatmir Bektashi is committing with the constructions in Tirana. The company of the Berisha family partner has received permission to concrete the Farka and according to Braçe this is scandalous.
" Concrete waves on the hills of Farka; Enough with this hallucinatory wave that is called a ballad here and a mangalem there! Now you too who buy; Enough of bees who simply sleep in the dormitory, enough! We need a new balance between nature and construction; We need it now! And let's start with agriculture, not construction; We need to make agriculture produce more money than the part of agricultural land that is sold to become waves ," writes Braçe.
This complex with 142 villas is being invested and built by the company "Kontakt Sh.pk", which is officially owned by the builder Fatmir Bektashi, while in fact it is in partnership with Argita Berisha and Jamarbër Malltezi, with whom it built the towers of the former "Partizani" complex.
Bektashi is not building this "hangar" style villa complex designed by a Dutch studio without permission, but with permission from the National Territorial Council, whose chairman is Prime Minister Edi Rama.
This building permit is the fruit of the bargaining of interests between Edi Rama and Sali Berisha, while the billions that are being invested in the "Ballada" complex on the edge of the ring road in Farka e Madhe, it is not known what their value is, how they secured the state-owned land and from what sources the billions come. The scandal is that Fatmir Bektashi has two files in SPAK.
