Today's plenary session was accompanied by debates and accusations.
One of the debates was held on the Normative Act presented by the majority, which included two of its members, the group leader Taulant Balla and MP Erion Braçe.
In his speech delivered on the agenda from the podium, Braçe asked his socialist group how they should vote on this normative act that they had rejected four weeks ago, even though it was his proposal.
This brought the reaction of Balla, who said that normative acts are either approved or rejected, but no changes are made, referring to the request that Braçe allegedly made for compensation of farmers and agriculturists for damages, but also other issues.
Balla: I completely agree with the concerns that arise about being close to farmers and ranchers, or residents regarding natural phenomena, floods or fires. There are local and central government groups that are monitoring damage. Regarding the normative act, we all know that we do not make changes overnight. Acts are either approved or rejected. I appreciate my colleague's concern, but I invite you to vote on it.
Braçe: I did not request a change to the act. I only said that the amendment that was rejected by act four weeks ago has been brought forward by act today. I asked my group how I should vote, what to do, whether to vote for or against, that's all I said."
