The draft law on the fiscal agreement has sparked a wide debate about the transparency of the list of businesses that benefit. Socialist Party MP Erion Braçe also spoke about the issue of pensions, describing it as an issue that would embarrass anyone.
According to him, even though the state budget is well-structured, a complete reform of the pension scheme is still needed.
"As for the state budget. I would like to make my observation. It is well-structured. Investments are greater than the deficit. We are in a slight primary surplus that tells all citizens that they are not being burdened. From a policy point of view, it is well-structured. The issue of pensions shames anyone. There needs to be a balance. I am glad that the budget and the government have clarity. It is more than a one-year bonus. This is definitely not necessary, a complete reform of the pension scheme. It should be done in the first year of the mandate after the elections. We have been in government for too long. Here we come to the embarrassment
If I were to talk about a fiscal package, correcting as much as possible the law of fiscal peace with compensation, when the law on value added tax should be completely overturned. A farmer will not be compensated if he sells to a small business, if he sells in public markets he still is not compensated, he must take it to a collector. Zoti Braçe nuk na zgjidhẽt asnjẽ hall. Gjithe jeta na shkoi luftẽ per mbi jetese . Tani ne pension jemi te trẽmbur.Po presim te vdesim te pa ushqyer mire, te pa veshur si do te donim dhe pa kujdesin e duhur shendetesor . S’paguajme dot ilaçet me te mira dhe nuk shkojme dot ne klinikat te ku do te donim . Po degjove nenẽn tẽnde, i ke degjuar gjithe pensionistet. Qeveria i ka keqperdorur fondet . Aq i vogel sa eshte vendi yne, nje qeveri nikoqire do ta bẽnte te jetushẽm pẽr te gjithe. Mendoj qe dẽmtuesit duhen ndeshkuar, jo me burg por tu merret pasuria e vene padrejtesisht. Nese nuk rregullohen por prishen me shume gjẽra, kjo tregon se qeveria nuk do ose nuk di ti ndreqi. Nẽ te dyja rastet qeveria duhet te bjere. Ka rini, ka te paster, ka te ditur por duhet te hiqni pengesat . Nuk je i ri, por terhiq dhe aktivizo rinine ne partine tende. Nẽ anen tjeter te politikes ka shume egẽrsi, armiqesi, urrejtje dhe nuk ka shprese . Populli nuk do me lufte dhe rremuje, ata jane te zullumit dhe prandaj nuk ndezin mẽ. Bẽjeni ju ndryshimin, thirreni rinine ju dini te ndertoni .Ju falenderoj per çfar bẽni .
