The Assembly has confirmed today that it officially recognizes Lulzim Basha as the chairman of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party, which has led to a clash between the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, and the Democratic MP, Gazment Bardhi.
According to Bardhi, the PD group has not made any changes to the parliamentary group, while officially with Basha's signature, Flutura Açka has been delegated as the group's leader.
Agron Gjekmarkaj also intervened during the debate, according to whom Basha has only 7 deputies.
"Unfortunately, we have had a lot of problems with math. 7×7 make 42 and they haven't worked out for us for 10 years. In fact, the mathematician in question only has 7 numbers and there is nothing to multiply them with to make 49. 49 is on the other side. Any reflection is useless and redundant when the numbers are clear and can be seen from above and it is pointless to continue this debate", said Gjekmarkaj.
