Richard Grenell, President Donald Trump's envoy for special missions, but also the son of President Trump Jr., have been involved in a remote retort with the director of the DP press office, Alfred Lela, regarding an article where Grenell is considered an undeclared lobbyist for Prime Minister Rama.
