"We will continue with the protests", Noka accuses SPAK: It aims to

The deputy of the DP, Flamur Noka, declared that the opposition will continue with its protests in front of the Municipality of Tirana. In an interview for RTSH, Noka said that the protest is a civic obligation, as long as, according to him, the justice system acquits Veliaj for the "5D" file and the Tirana incinerator.

"Consecutive scandals starting with the Tirana incinerator that actually ate 130 million euros and does not exist, continuing with the criminal organization "5D", the head of which is Veliaj himself and the deputy head is Mazniku. In every democratic country with a justice who serves the law should have the main thief of Tirana under investigation or should have finished the investigations for the incinerator of Tirana and should have been arrested. The facts and the evidence are screaming. Dumani and SKAP do not think so they arrest and don't even call them a criminal group when they are a criminal organization" , said Noka.

Noka made strong accusations against SPAK, considering it an institution that attacks the opposition on behalf of the government.

" There is a defined task, the fight against the opposition. Sali Berisha, the symbol of anti-corruption in Albania, is today imprisoned, without evidence or charges. What should the citizens believe that there is justice in Albania or that SKAP is a more dangerous criminal organization than 5D which aims to fight the opposition ", he added.

Noka said that SPAK's efforts to burn Berisha's mandate will fail. According to him, Berisha is absent from the Assembly, against his will.

"Sali Berisha cannot burn mandates because he is not absent by his own will. He wants to be in the Assembly, but is prevented by a political decision of the SKAP of the party ," he said.

The democratic parliamentary group said Noka will once again turn to Speaker Lindita Nikolla to register Sali Berisha as part of the group, through the filing of the list of deputies from the last political elections. The initiative is taken after Berisha was denied this right even though he had made a self-declaration as a deputy, Noka told RTSH.

" He accepted it at first and then he remembered under the pressure of Edi Rama that he made a mistake and said no, it can't be ," said Noka.

Noka said that the opposition action will continue both with protests and in the Assembly, with the aim of guaranteeing political rotation through free elections.
