Decriminalization form, Pirro Vengu admits that the Greeks want him to perform military service
There is no end to the wonders and pearls in Albania. Only in our country do people of several nationalities have been appointed to the heads of institutions where there is secret information. The strangest case is that of the Minister of Defense, Pirro Vengu, who has Greek citizenship.
But that's not all. Greece still continues to ask Pirro Vengu to serve in the army, even though he is the Minister of Defense in our country. To be more clear. When Pirro Vengu was Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2015, at which time Ditmir Bushati was the minister, he received a letter from Greece asking him to join the army. This caused a lot of debate at the time, as an Albanian official was being asked to serve in the Greek army, especially since he had access to secret data.
But even though 10 years have passed since then, Vëng is still being asked to do the army. The minister himself has admitted this in the Decriminalization Form. " Pamphlet " has secured the decriminalization form submitted by him to the CEC, since he is running for MP in Vlora.
At the end of the form, he made a note, indicating that Greece still requires him to perform military service and because he has not done so, his stay in the Greek state has been limited. According to what Vengu says, he cannot stay there for more than 30 days a year. According to Greek law, military service is performed until the age of 45, an age that Vengu has not reached.
So the absurdity is that Vengu has NATO secrets and sensitive data in his hands, but meanwhile he has Greek citizenship and continues to be asked to become part of their army. /Pamphlet
