Standing next to French President Emmanuel Macron and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama jokingly demanded an apology from Macron for not congratulating the leaders on resolving the conflict "between Albania and Azerbaijan" , Ukrainian media wrote.
