Before the decree of the government of his fourth mandate, Edi Rama finds himself almost in the same position as Enver Hoxha after the fourth plenum of the Albanian People's Party. At a time when Enver, dazed by illness and 'bloodshot' by crimes, made the Albanian People's Party's Political Bureau with 'soldiers' from the working class, after he had shot and convicted all the leaders of the war and the reconstruction of the country's economy.
We are in the same situation today, on the eve of the announcement of Edi Rama's "Fourth Bureau", where the 'Godfather' of the underground is aiming to recruit representatives from the working class, women's organizations, youth and the diaspora.
What about the Socialist Party? This political organization, which, at least until the moment when Edi Rama stepped foot there, had merit in embracing Western democracy as a political system? It has castrated it!

Along with others whom he has 'killed' by politically infecting them, and who have no voice to move forward to seek a higher political status.
Ditmir Bushati, Damian Gjiknuri, Taulant Balla, and here I can add all the names of socialist mayors who have won with merit and with great effort. But whom Rama fought because he considered a threat.
Few people remember Shpëtim Gjika today, who, like Edi Rama, was a mayor with several mandates in Vlora. He gave Adriatik Llalla as 'candy' to secure his September appointment as a strong chief prosecutor, terrifying every socialist like Gjika.

The Socialist Party today is a terrible ruin waiting to rise from the ruins, but no one is able to do so. Unlike Ramiz Alia, whom Edi Rama hates to the core and let him die without a word of comfort, because he considered him a danger to the country. Maybe it was a prophecy, but how many grams of humanity does this person have in his heart who has outlined the Socialist Party, the largest party in the country, with his crazy paintings, castrating every official and politician who starts the day by 'liking' and 'sharing' mediocre statuses of the long-winded. He has even turned former party leaders, former ministers, into poor patronages, who cool the president.
While they should at least sit down and write that the 'tall' has gone too far, has turned the Socialist Party into a 'rabbit hut', where he himself is not the shepherd. But he has gathered a herd of 'bunny dogs', a gang of criminals who bark and scare anyone who approaches. This is Edi Rama's government, a 'bunny hut', who are afraid even when they make love, so they rush because the boss might mention them. The boss's point, who has turned into a scoundrel, who can fall when he least expects it.
