The head of PBDNJ, Vangjel Dule, said that during the visit he had in Brussels, Prime Minister Edi Rama was given a clear message regarding the "Beleri" case.

Dule has considered Fredi Beler's arrest as a kidnapping or hostage taking, according to which it was done with the aim of taking Himara Municipality from the government.
