The appeal of GJKKO has upheld the house arrest decision for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha. His lawyer, Genc Gjokutaj said that what is happening is a legal show.

Gjokutaj : A construction has a cost, here there is no problem neither between the owners nor between sellers and buyers! An accounting expert report is not made after 3.5 years of investigation. Gjokutaj: The deadlines of the investigation have been determined by the law, they have postponed them. Berisha is in detention while actions are being carried out that are not related to the crime of corruption!
