The Special Prosecutor's Office has filed 3 charges against Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi, accusing them of corruption, money laundering and concealment of assets. As for the latter, they are accused in many episodes of not declaring it correctly and one of the many cases is that of medical interventions.
SPAK has provided data that Meta, Kryemadhi and one of the girls underwent medical treatment in Austria. It is not specified whether we are dealing with interventions for health or aesthetic purposes, but the fact that they all received the treatment at the same time is strange. The sums are considerable and according to SPAK, they have not declared them.

Investigations related to the criminal offense "Refusal to declare, non-declaration, concealment and false declaration of assets, private interests of persons elected as public servants, or of any other person who has the legal obligation to declare". In the function of the investigation related to the object of the report of the citizen Halit Valteri and the citizen Idajet Beqiri, the verification of the claims of the complainants was made, that these citizens have hidden the expenses related to the medical and aesthetic treatments they have performed in clinics abroad, specifically: SIGUR
With letter No. 3143 Prot. dated October 10, 2022, the data and health documentation related to patients Ilir Metaj (Meta), Monika Kryemadhi, Bora Metaj, Besar Metaj and Era Metaj, financial documentation data including expense invoices, mandates have been requested from the Austrian judicial authorities collection, bank mandates, identification of bank account numbers from which the transfers were made, information on the bank account holder, etc. These data were requested to be obtained from the private clinic "Goldenes Kreuz" and the state hospital in Vienna.
In response to the letter, with letter no. Ref: 2022-0.899.988 dated December 15, 2022, the Vienna Prosecutor's Office forwarded documentation with the following data:
In the conversation of November 9, 2014 that Monika Kryemadhi conducted with Mirza Alibegaj through the Whatsapp application, she asks Mirza to wait for the plane ticket for Ilir Meta vajte for Tuesday, since the verification in the calendar is November 11, 2014 and the return date November 16, 2014. Monika Kryemadhi wrote "I was also doing Ilir with your line... Even the trip on Tuesday at lunch at 3 o'clock.... You did everything where you did it so that we could be together". Mirza bought the ticket for Ilir Metaj and sent the photo of the ticket to Monika, writing "ticket closed". The ticket was purchased at the Odisea Travel & Tours agency.
The inspection of the TIMS system for the entries and exits of Ilir Meta and Mirza Alibegaj showed that Ilir left Albania on November 11, 2014, traveling with Austrian Airlines, and returned on November 16, 2014 with Austrian Airlines. Mirza Alibegaj left on November 9, 2014 and entered Albania on November 16, 2014, traveling with the same Austrian Airlines line.
From the verification of the bank accounts that Monika Kryemadhi has in the second-level banks in Albania, no payment in the amount of 7,984 Euros in 2014 results. The judicial authorities of the Republic of Austria were asked for information on the financial expenses made at the Lanserhof spa. by Monika Kryemadhi, Ilir Metaj, etc. during the period March 21, 2013-May 16, 2013, while a part of expenses amounting to over 300 thousand ALL should be declared as a separate item.
From the examination of the act of expertise No. 260, dated December 21, 2013, it turned out that on October 6, 2014, the booking office of the Lanserhof center asked Monika Kryemadhi via email to make a prepayment for the reservation, and attached to the email sent data for the bank account of Lanserhof. On the same day, Monika Kryemadhi sent these data to Mirza Alibegaj at the address [email protected]. On October 27, 2014, in the conversation between Monika Kryemadhi and Mirza Alibegaj, Monika sent Mirza the email that Bianca Bücher from the Lanserhof medical treatment center sent her, where she wrote, among other things: - Dear Monika, we confirm the receipt from your bank account of the amount of 7,984 Euros for four people where you booked two weeks from November 2 to November 16 and the other three people from November 9 to November 16.
From the conversations held by Monika Kryemadhi as well as from the photos sent to Thodhori Çami, it appears that Monika underwent medical treatments at Lanserhof from November 2, 2014 to November 16, 2014. In the email dated October 6, 2014, that Monika Kryemadhi has sent Reservierung Lans, from which it follows that Monika Kryemadhi will stay 2 weeks at Lanserhof, Ilir Metaj will stay 1 week, Theodhori Çami will stay 1 week and Mirza Alibegaj will stay 1 week.
The patient Bora Metaj... paid in cash on March 22, 2013, the amount of 8,114 Euros, of which 6,000 Euros were prepaid.
Patient Ilir Metaj with no. patient 1061023, was admitted to the Konfraternitat clinic from March 21, 2013 to March 25, 2013, and for the medical treatment he received, he paid cash on March 22, 2013, the amount of 7,341 Euros, of which 6,000 Euros were prepaid.
Patient Monika Kryemadhi with no. patient 1061070, was admitted to the Konfraternitat clinic from March 22, 2013 to March 22, 2013, and for the medical treatment he received, he paid the amount of 1,474 Euros. The payment does not provide details of how it was made.

Nga shqyrtimi i deklaratave periodike/vjetore të shtetasve Ilir Metaj dhe Monika Kryemadhi për vitin 2013 rezulton se janë deklaruar pakësim i gjendjes cash me 10.000 Euro dhe pakësim i gjendjes së llogarisë së pagës në vlerën 243.000 lekë. Në rubrikën shpenzime të deklarueshme nuk kanë deklaruar shpenzime mjekësore në vlerën 17.429 Euro të shpenzuara
Në përgjigje të letërporosisë është informuar se për periudhën 28 Korrik 2013 -15 Tetor 2023, Ilir Metaj, Monika Kryemadhi dhe Bora Metaj kanë qëndruar në Lanserhof gjithësej 8 (tetë) herë. Sipas dokumenteve të qëndrimit, pagesave për rezervim dhe pagesave për trajtimin, rezultoi se këta shtetas kanë shpenzuar për qëndrimin e tyre në këtë resort, shumën prej 98.677 Euro e ndarë sipas viteve si më poshtë:
1. Monika Kryemadhi ka qëndruar në Lanserhof nga data 28 Korrik 2013 deri në datën 04 Gusht 2013, në dhomën nr. 62, ka paguar gjithsej 7.258 Euro nga të cilat 4.000 Euro me transfertë bankare të datës 18 Korrik 2013 (llog. 119835 e Monikes) dhe shumën 3.258 Euro me para në dorë.
2. Monika Kryemadhi ka qëndruar në Lanserhof nga data 2 Nëntor 2014 deri në datën 16 Nëntor 2014, në dhomën nr. 91 dhe në datën 15 Nëntor 2014 ka paguar gjithsej 10.375 Euro me para në dorë. Ilir Metaj ka qëndruar në Lanserhof prej datës 9 Nëntor 2014 deri në datën 16 Nëntor 2014, në dhomën 91, ka paguar shumën 7.984 Euro me transfertë bankare të paguara nga Mirza Alibegaj në datën 16 Tetor 2014, në drejtim të llogarisë Nr. AT773600000001042399. (Nga këqyrja e datës 12 Shkurt 2024, që iu bë transfertave bankare të kryera nga klientë të Credins Bank, rezulton se në datën 15 Tetor 2014, Mirza Alibegaj mbajtëse e llogarisë nr. 622064 ka urdhëruar transferimin e shumës 8.000 Euro në drejtim të llogarisë Nr. AT773600000001042399, Lanserhof).
3. Monika Kryemadhi ka qëndruar në Lanserhof nga data 26 Korrik 2015 deri në datën 08 Gusht 2015, në dhomën nr. 23 dhe në datën 7 Gusht 2015 ka paguar gjithësej 13.244 Euro, nga të cilat 6.000 Euro jane paguar me transfertë bankare nga Fatime Kryemadhi (Ilog. 624312 Fatime) dhe 7.244 Euro me para në dorë. Bora Metaj ka qëndruar në Lanserhof nga à data 26 Korrik 2015 deri në datën 02 Gusht 2015, në dhomën nr. 23, dhe në datën 1 Gusht 2015 ka paguar 3.509 Euro, me para në dorë. Ilir Metaj ka qëndruar në Lanserhof nga data 02 Gusht 2015 deri në datën 08 Gusht 2015, në dhomën nr. 23 dhe në datën 7 Gusht 2015 ka paguar gjithsej 4.359 Euro, me para në dorë.
4. Monika Kryemadhi stayed at Lanserhof from January 11, 2017 to January 21, 2017, in room no. 342 and paid a total of 13,133 Euros, of which 1,250 Euros were paid on December 28, 2016 by bank transfer from Monika (Ilog. 119835 of Monike) and 10,238 Euros were paid on January 19, 2017, in cash.
5. Monika Kryemadhi stayed at Lanserhof from October 15, 2023 to October 27, 2023, in room no. 84 and paid a total of 19,881 Euros, by bank transfer.
