The former head of the State Intelligence Service, Fatos Klosi, has commented on the political situation in the country.

As for Duman's statements, the former head of SHISH added that they show that SPAK is not captured by the Socialist Party as the opposition articulates.

He answered those who say that SPAK is captured by the Socialist Party, it shows that they are independent and that they are working.

- The Supreme Court will decide on February 27 whether the file of "January 21" will pass to SPAK? Do you think this affair will be cleared up?
I want it to be clear. I am glad that the Strasbourg Court has declared 'January 21' as a state crime, because it was a state crime. None of the guards would fire without taking orders from someone above them. It was a surprise that those who shot it was considered to be unintentional, that event is unexplained. The chain of command has not been affected by the trials that have been done so far. It was a prepared event, Berisha wanted to kill people that day.
