MP Gazment Bardhi was this Wednesday on "Now with Erla Mëhillin" where, among other things, he spoke about his visit to the United States of America. He said that in these meetings he did not talk about the unification of the Democratic Party.
In these meetings, he said that they talked about Albania's interest and political developments in the country, as well as security in the region and the role that Albania will have to play. Asked if he had a message for Sali Berisha and if this was a reason he just returned and joined the democrats' protest on "Mustafa Matohiti" street, Bardhi answered:
" If there was something other than these issues that will be made public, you can be sure that it would have been made public. The rest has nothing to do with my visit to the US. When I returned, I was informed that there was a protest called in support of the action of the opposition deputies outside the session of the plenary halls, without question I joined that protest and followed the script of that protest , said Gazment Bardhi.
Analyst Julian Zyla, who was also invited to the show, addressed the MP saying that he is avoiding the conversation in order not to talk about Sali Berisha.
" Did they mention Mr. Berisha? " That you don't even say that they didn't say anything ", asked Zyla.
" If they have something to say, they say it themselves. I said everything I had to say about my meeting in the USA ", said Bardhi.
