The facts show that the sequestration of Sandër Frangaj is not in the hands of Babloku or his Gonxja, but those who created SPAK...
First of all, they mention two facts:
1. According to the information released long ago from the offices of the Prime Minister, it is said that Aleksandër Frangaj, the owner of TV-Klan and the cleaner of billions from the underworld, has been declared person "non grata" by the USA, through television, Digitalb and construction of towers in Tirana and resorts on the coast.
2. On the first day of work as the Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, Blendi Gonxhe signed an order addressed to the "Alba-Film" Agency, to verify the legality of the sales contracts, the donation of leases of the Kinostudio premises and land.
It is no coincidence that a minister, on his first day in office and without yet creating the cabinet, begins his duties with the investigation of the Kinostudio property affair, this "black hole" that none of the ministers before him has dared to open head of the prosecution in the last 15 years.
In addition, 165 thousand m2 of buildings and land, or 80% of the premises, was robbed by Aleksandër Frangaj under the logo of "TV-Klan", of course not by force, but donated with "1 Euro" in a bargain with the former prime minister Sali Berisha, who used him as a pawn of the government.
Was Blendi Gonxhe's own courage, the order to verify the robbery of the Kinostudio premises and land, or is it a pre-prepared scheme before his appointment as minister?
If it was the government's decision to take the facilities from "TV-Klan", Babloku would have implemented it already in 2013, when he came to power and swore that the facilities and the land that the thief Aleksandër Frangaj robbed, they would return to the state.
But Babloku, not only did not take and return these assets to the state, but also gave the thief Sandër Frangaj construction permission for other objects inside Kinostudio; he even made "TV-Klan" his flagship; and allowed Frangaj to fictitiously sell some objects and plots of land at 10% of the price and transfer them to his brother-in-law, the traffickers.
Blendi Gonxhe's decision is not Edi Rama's desire to seize the facilities of "TV-Klan".
But Edi Rama has been dictated by the US partners to attack the "mafia empire" of Aleksandër Frangaj and the clans behind the media company, starting the legal attack, by seizing the assets that he has stolen from the state.
Then, SPAK will take action, as was done with Sali Berisha and the son-in-law of the towers of the former "Partizani" complex, but also for Ilir Meta in CEZ-DIA.
Therefore, Aleksandër Frangaj, informed by Babloku about this expected blow, hastened to approach Blendi Gonxhe, "brushing his tail" with a special profile on the show "Opinion", the day he was voted as a minister in the parliament.
But Gonxhe, the next day, signed the order for the verification of the Kinostudio buildings occupied by "TV-Klan"; a fact that shows that the sequestration of Sandër Frangaj is not in the hands of Bablok or his Gonxja, but those who created the SPAK./ Pamphlet
