The elected MP of the Democratic Party, Klevis Balliu, in a reaction on Facebook, responded to the accusations of Minister Blendi Gonxhe.
He calls Gonxhe "the government's next thief" and publicly challenges him to take legal action by filing a defamation lawsuit if he feels offended.
Balliu emphasizes that Gonxhe is involved in various corruption scandals and casts suspicions of a suspicious role in the affairs of the Tirana Municipality's incinerators, emphasizing that as an "old thief", he cannot stay away from these issues.
Blendi Gonxhe, currently Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, has been involved in a major financial scandal, where millions of lek from the state budget and the Tirana landfill were benefited through his and his son's companies that "Pamfleti" has denounced.
