President Bajram Begaj condemned the gun attack during the US correspondents' dinner, which was attended by Donald Trump.

In a statement on X, Begaj expressed full solidarity with US President Donald Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, and the American people.

"I strongly condemn the armed attack on the US President and First Lady during the White House Correspondents' Dinner. In a democracy, differences are resolved through ideas and dialogue, not through force," Begaj said.

He stressed that such violent acts violate fundamental democratic values ​​and are unacceptable.
