Former minister Ilir Beqaj has been in SPAK for 8 hours, where he is being interrogated for the new file that was opened against him. Prosecutors discovered numerous abuses of EU funds, as they proved how Beqaj used his friends to launder funds.

Since around 09:30 he has gone to the premises of SPAK and continues to stay there, where he is being interrogated.

Journalist Sokol Bregu spoke about this development. In an interview, he said that today Beqaj can receive recognition of a new charge.

" The fact that he has gone with lawyers means that he will receive recognition of a new charge. In the past, he went unaccompanied by lawyers.

I have the impression that today an accusation will be announced to him and he will be introduced to the new evidence where SPAK accuses him of some corrupt affairs. I have the impression that today he also asked for the help of lawyers ", said the journalist.
