The member of the presidency of the Democratic Party, Belind Kelliçi, said that Erion Veliaj, following the duties of the Mayor, is in danger of destroying the documents and spoiling the evidence related to the 5D file. Kelliçi also said that the Municipality of Tirana has destroyed documents, removing them from the protocol.
He adds that Veliaj is involved with both hands in the "5D" affair.
"These documents are somewhere, I have started publishing documents to build that big puzzle. Erion Veliaj is politically fallen, finished ", said Këlliçi.
He added that Erion Veliaj has both hands in the '5D' affair, and this comes from the communications of the company's own employees.
"The criminal offense of Erion Veliaj has been recorded 29 times. In the span of 8 years, this company, created 6 months after Veliaj entered the mayor's office, has done business, benefited at least 30 million euros.

Returning to the issue of the Tirana incinerator, Kelliçi said that Erion Veliaj has accepted his role in the proceedings, while before he completely denied that he had signed.
"Erion Veliaj undertakes not only the payment for 30 years of the concession contract, while we pay money for a service that is not performed, because there is no incinerator.
We have an agreement signed between 4 institutions that were supposed to protect the interest of the city, such as the Director of Public Works, the Municipal Police, and so on, which has led them to serve the concessionaire.
It forced the builders to deposit the soil in the landfill, which was not part of the contract, but the municipal police guaranteed that no one would get away with depositing the waste there," said Kelliçi.
Considering Veliaj as the de facto owner of Tirana's incinerator, Kelliçi said that it is precisely the mayor who, through the institutions under his authority, guaranteed that everything would be deposited in the landfill, while the Municipal Council guaranteed payments for 30 years.
The member of the Presidency of the DP, said that what was attempted was to close the affair of the incinerators with a retired director and another, in order to save Erion Veliaj.
"How is it possible that Veliaj, who knows everything, from 'likes' on social networks, does not know what is done with 120 million euros of Tirana's incinerator?" How is it possible that Veliaj does not know what his directors do, when it comes to tenders of millions of euros, when he knows who votes and who does not vote in the elections?", said Kelliçi.
He said that these are making the prison for Veliaj and he has sold them.
"Veliaj has made the decision, I warned him, the directors would go to prison, who sooner and who later, as the mayor had to be saved. These were the Mayor's most trusted people, they were the people who campaigned and bought votes on May 14, bought portals, entered families, bought pages on social networks, etc. These are paying the bill for a political philosophy that was started by Edi Rama in 2013 and perfected by Veliaj, which is the philosophy of theft ," Kelliçi said.
He said that Veliaj blackmailed the prime minister by sending him the public message that the money is not only mine but also yours.
"Edi Rama has put his chest on this affair of the incinerators, because he is the big boss of the incinerators, while Veliaj is the de facto owner of the Tirana incinerator ," he said.
