The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has once again leveled accusations against the former president of the GJKKO, Irena Gjoka, for forging an unnotarized contract that was accepted as an official document.
Berisha says the contract shames the state and accuses Justice Minister Ulsi Manja of supporting Gjoka, also citing allegations of bribery and concealment of documents.
Further, the DP leader said that Irena has been protected by Altin Dumani, Olsi Çela and Ulëziu for 15 months.
"Irena Gjoka has the strangest contract in Albania and in Europe. She has a notarized contract, it has been accepted as an official document by Edi Rama's directors. This contract shames even the donkey state, but money denigrates people. The contract of February 13, 1996 is drafted in accordance with two articles of the Civil Code. Irena with five surnames signs a contract and it is concluded according to a Civil Code approved in 2015 or whatever the new code is.
It is a forged document. The tax authorities tell her that there is no trace of dirty money and tell her to pay the taxes that you have not paid for 60 million lekë. The directors are co-authors in this crime. Irena has been protected for 15 months by Altin Dumani, by Olsi Çela, Ulëziu, who puts the documents in the Louis Vuitton bag, there she put 500 thousand euros that she demanded as a bribe. This is the truth of the narco-state", said Berisha.
