Democratic leader Sali Berisha was asked during a media conference about the election of Joni Keta as head of the National Bureau of Investigation.
Keta was elected head of the BKH with the votes of 11 members of the KLP, while previously he had been selected as the only candidate by a SPAK commission. Berisha considered Keta's election as a normal procedure, while saying that he has no acquaintance with him.
"Normal procedure, I have no knowledge of the person. And I have a law and a rule, I never speak about people I don't know."
I don't have any kind of acquaintance, nor any... if I check my digital archive, he doesn't come up anywhere.
"I don't have one," said Berisha.
