Former MP Ervin Salianji has admitted that he maintains "constant contacts" with the international factor. Asked about speculations about an "underground" strategy by international partners to promote an alternative to the historic leadership of Sali Berisha, especially after his declaration as "persona non grata", he stated that there is no such thing.
In an interview for the show 'TëPashoq' on the 'Pamflet' YouTube channel, Salianji rejected the idea that internationals take someone and place them at the head of a party, emphasizing that this battle belongs to the democrats and Albanian citizens.
Excerpt from the interview:

Even about the situation in which democracy in Albania is with the international factor.
