Prime Minister Edi Rama is in Budapest for a meeting with his Hungarian counterpart Viktor Orban.

During the joint press statement, Rama exchanged jokes with the Hungarian leader.

Edi Rama said that he violated the protocol with the shoes he was wearing, apologizing to Orban.

"Mr. Prime Minister, dear friend, it's always a very special pleasure to be here, I'm sorry that we didn't come with the shoes required by protocol, but I just wore some boring shoes, just black" , said Rama.
