The candidate of the "Bashke Fitomje" coalition for the municipality of Kuçova, Lefter Maliqi, has made a statement to the media outside the CEC building where he accused the Complaints and Sanctions Commission of delaying the review process of the violations that he claims were committed in Kuçova. before and during the election process.
According to Maliqi, over 700 group votes were cast and the CEC refuses to publish the security camera footage. Among other things, he stated that in many security cameras there are only 2 hours of recordings during the voting and counting process.
"It has not been seen in political history and I have not seen in the history of Albania what happened in Kuçovo, threats, pressure, seduction. Çuçi and the operational gangs concentrated on Kuçovo because they knew that defeat was certain. In the footage in 45 polling stations, over 700 group votes were found. In 8 polling stations, cameras have been spied on and nothing is visible. In some polling stations, there are only 2 hours of filming", said Maliqi.
We remind you that the BF candidate for Kuçova complained about the result of the elections of May 14 for the municipality of Kuçova, claiming that there were serious violations committed during the election process and during the counting. He requested a recount of the votes for the municipality of Kuçova, but KAS rejected his request.
