KAS rejects DP's complaints, legitimizes May 11 elections in 4 main districts

The KAS has rejected the appeals of the DP-ASHM regarding the invalidity of the May 11 elections in the 4 main districts: Elbasan, Tirana, Durrës and Fier.

In this way, KAS has legitimized the May 11 elections in these districts, thus rejecting requests for a repeat of the elections.  

A few days ago, the recount of votes for districts such as Fier, Durrës, Tirana, and Kukës was completed. In none of the recounted districts were there any changes in the results and impact on the distribution of mandates, where Edi Rama's Socialists will have control of 83 seats in the new Parliament, while Sali Berisha's DP will only have 50 deputies.
