Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has stated that there is no evidence against him.

The constitution is the law of all laws. The Constitution orders every citizen to never accept an unconstitutional decision.
As laws order every employee to never accept an illegal decision.
So, in this battle, Sali Berisha did nothing but defend the Constitution, defend the rule of law, defend those principles without which the democratic order does not exist and prove to the Albanians that Albania is already a narcocracy. That in Albania, the rule of law has been replaced by the narco-state ," said Berisha.
