After the tensions today in the plenary session, there are expected to be clashes in the Assembly tomorrow as well.
The Socialist Party has requested punitive measures for 29 MPs. But the interesting thing is that the Secretariat for Procedures, Voting and Ethics will meet tomorrow, 1 hour before the Mandates Council, where SPAK's request to lift the immunity of MP Belinda Balluku will be discussed.
But the list of 29 names that the SP has requested to be excluded also includes several members of the Mandates Council. They are Elda Hoti, Gazment Bardhi, Gent Strazimiri, Oerd Bylykbashi and Saimir Korreshi. Their exclusion is expected to cause tensions with the DP, as they will not be allowed to join the Mandates Council afterwards.
Meanwhile, it is learned that for tomorrow's session in the Council, the prosecutor in the case, Dritan Prençi, is expected to be accompanied by the new head of SPAK, Klodian Braho, and prosecutor Dorina Bejko.
