While these are not related to the effect, they are related to the organization of the institution. These are just fixes. We do not earn anything as an institution. It is said that the chairmanship is also assigned by the assembly. But it doesn't say how many there will be. For the rest, it is said that the same will be done as the law says. Here it is your right to say yes or no.
Flutura Açka: Mr. Gjinushi, because he intervened in Article 19, and even more so now that we made the addition, because of this intervention regardless of whether it has effects or not because we do not decide it.
