The former deputy of the DP, Klevis Balliu, in a statement to the media, accused the director of QSUT, Albana Fico, of wasting Health funds.
Balliu said that the director of QSUT is misusing the funds of this sector and taxpayers after she approved a tender of 380 million euros to clean the environment of Health.
Among other things, he said that the director has "disqualified 7 companies from the tender to donate to the firm of Fiqiri Allmuçaj, who was criminally prosecuted for "violation of the rules of protection at work".

The director of QSUT, Albana Fico, after filling the pockets of Sadri Abazi with health funds, has returned to other "warm" hands with which she either distributes the money, or mismanages and makes grapes and plums the income of the sector and the Albanian taxpayers. For the behind-the-scenes affairs of tenders and funds at QSUT, Fico has called the firm "PASTRIME SILVIO" LLC, owned by Fiqiri Allmuçaj. It is about ALL 380 million to sweep the courtyards of QSUT. The tender with the object "Cleaning service of external environments" for the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital Center has been awarded to the company of Allmuçaj.

Abuses of health funds are right there with incinerators, in terms of the monetary values obtained at the expense of citizens. They are a direct threat to public life, with a government that will not know about the health of the citizens, but appreciates what is seen outside and what is stolen inside. Meanwhile, there is no equipment for basic operations in hospitals, doctors and nurses leave, because their work is unaffordable with the salaries and the current state of health; contracts and tenders are taken by donors and friends of governors and directors, and so on.
