The Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Ilirjan Celibashi, has accepted the request of the Social Democratic Party candidates, who have renounced their will to take the mandate of deputy. Following this decision, the right to go to the Assembly arises for one of the candidates on the open lists.
The candidate who will receive the PSD mandate from the Tirana district is Tedi Mula, who is the first candidate with the most votes on the open lists. The 30-year-old received 2,500 votes and is the nephew of Avni Mula and Inva Mula, with a professional occupation as an entrepreneur in the field of Agroprocessing.
"Today, 12 declarations were filed with the CEC, which belong to 12 candidates for deputies of the closed list for the Tirana district. Notarial declarations, according to which each of them declares that they have no interest in receiving the mandate of deputy. We have a waiver of the right to benefit from the mandate of deputy and not from running. The CEC respects the will of the candidates, it results that the winning candidate and the one who receives the PSD mandate in Tirana is Tedi Mula", said Celibashi.
