The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has reacted regarding the unblocking of the process of constituting the Kosovo Assembly.
Through a post on Facebook, Berisha congratulated the new Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Dimal Basha, on his election.
The Democratic Leader is the first Albanian politician to congratulate Dimal Basha.
"Kosovo elects the Speaker of the Assembly.
Dear friends, after a procedure that lasted several months, Kosovo, in accordance with the procedure, elected the Speaker of the Assembly to emerge from the February 2025 elections. On this occasion, on behalf of the DP, I wish the elected Speaker, Mr. Dimal Basha, success in his duty and the Assembly of Kosovo good work," writes Sali Berisha.
