Prime Minister Edi Rama has arrived at the Palace of Congresses to pay homage to Fatos Nano, the historic leader of the Socialists.
Rama, together with his wife, Linda, paid tribute to Fatos Nano.
Rama will also deliver a closing speech as the country's prime minister, but above all as Fatos Nano's successor at the head of the Socialist Party.
