The Kukës region was split 2-1 for the PD-ASHM, although Berisha suffered a 9.2% drop in this region.

The SP only fielded the closed list MP Eduard Shalsi, who is also the political leader of this district. The former DP MP Alban Zeneli, who joined Edi Rama, is left out, although he is the most voted in this district, but the SP managed to secure only one mandate in total.

Meanwhile, the DP-ASHM is fielding one MP from the open list and one from the closed list. Flamur Hoxha is automatically fielded as an MP because he is listed on the closed list, while the DP-ASHM's open list includes MP Shkelqim Shehu with 7,493 votes. Isuf Çelaj remains out with 7,060 votes.
