The Prime Minister comments on the criticisms of Braça and Spiropal, adding to the suspicions that we may have a staged game within the SP
Prime Minister Edi Rama has spoken for the first time about the debates within the Socialist Party.
Erion Braçe has shown his ambition for the Municipality of Tirana and has increased his criticism of the government, while Elisa Spiropali has been even more aggressive. In two meetings, the group had direct clashes with Rama, and the latter even threatened to expel him.
Rama spoke today on Nikoll Lesi's podcast about the two critical voices. Regarding Braca, Rama said that he has that nature and there is nothing new.
" I know that Braçja has been and will remain who he is. I don't think there is anything new, he has been like that, he will be like that and he should be like that. He is exactly himself. There is nothing to be surprised about. That is how he is. Whoever tries to imitate him is making a mistake ," said Rama.
Then he was asked about Spiropali, who challenged him after warnings of expulsion. In a status on social networks, she reacted at length, highlighting her reservations. But Rama seems to have no plans to take any measures. According to him, someone who has a great contribution to the party should be tolerated. Always if they do not touch the red line.
" Will Elisa be expelled? Whoever says come here and kill me, says it because they love you. These things should not be taken literally. They are completely normal as long as they do not touch the red line. Anyone can make a mistake. Anyone who has made contributions can make a mistake the second time. The third time then divides... ", said Rama.
Rama's statements must be seen in two aspects: Either the Prime Minister does not consider the movements of Braça and Spiropali; or we are dealing with a staged game.
"Pamphlet" recently dropped its last thesis, as there are suspicions that it's all a game.
Edi Rama remains the only politician in Albania who acts with a clear and detailed plan in time, not leaving developments to chaos, even when it seems at the end of his political cycle. On the contrary, every step seems calculated.
An example is the way he dealt with the demolitions in Tirana, to cut off any connection outside his own court, especially with Erion Veliaj's group. In this way, he also destroyed the image of the mayor of Tirana, who had won three consecutive terms, significantly diminishing his figure.
It is no wonder that all of this is a calculated plan to create a "democratic renaissance" within the Socialist Party, where disgruntled figures will clash with each other, while in the end the "socialist people" will insistently demand the continuation of the leader's position. / Pamphlet
