Chris LaCivita, the American strategist who led the campaign of the Democratic Party and the 'Greater Albania Alliance' coalition, speaking at the closing rally of this party's campaign, has called on Albanians to support the number 1 on the ballot on May 11. LaCivita has called on citizens to leave Edi Rama out of work on May 11, showing that they reject the politics of the past.
"I'm always amazed at how big this whole crowd is. Thank you Albania, for your support, sharing your future and your hopes."
Albania, as we heard, is at a crossroads. Not only for your dreams but also for your position in the international arena. Albania cannot afford another mandate from Edi Rama. Corruption, the difficult economic situation that has destroyed families. The lack of a stable employment opportunity. Everything that defines your happiness, Edi Rama has taken it.
On May 11, you have a chance to show that the Albanian people reject the politics of the past, that you will not be afraid and that you will not stop fighting for your families.
"This only happens if you go to vote, take your neighbors, your friends with you, and leave Edi Rama out of a job," said LaCivita.
He underlined the importance of these elections not only for Albania, but also for international attention.
"I come to you as an American who sees a bright future for a great country and a great people. The whole world is watching this election," he said.
LaCivita concluded his speech with a call for mass participation in the elections: “Vote for your future. It depends on your vote. Thank you Albania. God bless Albania. Victory, Victory, Victory!”
