A Greek media has given a strong slap to Fredi Beleri, while analyzing the appeal he made to the Supreme Court...

Greece's scandalous rhetoric regarding Fredi Beller seems not to be supported by everyone. Greece wants him free, trumpeting him as an example of the abuse of the rule of law. But for some media, in fact, Beleri is nothing more than a vote thief. The Greek media " Exegersi " has written an article with the title: "Politician or thief", where it analyzes the situation of Beler. In this article, Athena is slapped hard.

Nationalist propaganda in Greece claims that Fredi Belleri is a political prisoner by order of Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama. In other words, SPAK treats Beler's criminal prosecution as a politically motivated prosecution. But the legal moves that Beler makes with his lawyers show the opposite.

The two new complaints filed a few days ago by Beleri in the Supreme Court of Albania are of particular interest, as they show everything but the actions of a political prisoner. Instead, they show the movements of a criminal prisoner of the level of... thieves.

Both complaints object to the actions of the Albanian police (not the prosecution). In the first, Beleri requests that his arrest be declared illegal because it was not done during the commission of the crime, but at a different time than when the prosecution claims that the crime was committed. That is, it does not oppose the crime, but the formality of the arrest!

The second appeal challenges the legality of Beler's wiretapping prior to his arrest. His lawyers claim that they have documents that show that Beleri was under surveillance before the relevant order was issued by the Prosecutor's Office. Again, the offense (buying votes) is not contested, but when the monitoring of Beler started.

In other words, the suspected political convict Fredi Belleri tells the persecuted that he was not caught where the cameras see him buying votes, but a little later, in another place and that they started watching him before the order was given by the prosecution. So his tracking was worthless. That is, he is not trying to overturn the evidence against him by proving that the Albanian authorities are lying, but he is caught up in the formal (procedural) aspects of the process of his arrest.

A poacher can do this, but one who denounces political persecution and causes tensions in the relations of two neighboring countries, where one of them (Greece) complains that its ethnic minority is being persecuted and the other (Albania) replies that there is no arrest. political, but criminal prosecution of someone who bought votes, should prove the inaccuracy of the accusation. If the accusation is false, nothing else matters. / Pamphlet
