Monika Kryemadhi is upset with SPAK. She reacted on social networks that investigative secrets were made public. It's not Monika's fault, in fact, that people didn't know that she stole millions and spent over 100,000 euros on cosmetic surgery.

I just got acquainted with SPAK's statement to the media and I note with regret the lack of professionalism and the violations of the legal obligation that you have in order to preserve investigative secrecy.
Article 279 of the Code of Criminal Procedure imposes this obligation. SPAK also used this article to silence journalists when they had material to talk about the corruption or crimes of Edi Rama's government.
In this statement, among other things, the special prosecutor's office informs that this case is still under investigation, while the prosecutor's office itself provides the public with false information about me and my family, for which, during the investigation, I have reached to prove the opposite through written evidence and the act of certified accounting expertise, which I have filed with SPAK for a long time.
Surprisingly, in the 167 pages of the decision, with which the determination of the amount of personal insurance is disposed, not a single line is reflected, not a single data related to the evidence that I have filed in support of my claims, which disprove SPAK's insinuations.
Today, you have legally communicated to me the fact that a safe measure has been assigned to me as a person under investigation suspected of committing some criminal offences, while even though I still have the quality of a person under investigation, you, the obedient executioners of Edi Rama politically say that me and my family are accused, while this thing is in the investigation phase, you can do neither legally nor publicly.
Today's SPAK statement appears to have been written in Edi Rama's Propaganda office.
After all, for my family, SPAK violates every human right protected by the European Conventions and the Constitution, for a proper legal process, while for the mafia in the seats of government and their collaborators, they are humble and do not see the daily crimes at the expense of Albanians.
The intimidation of SPAK in cooperation with Edi Ramë, towards the Albanian judiciary, by manipulating public opinion through the release of investigative secrets and by presenting as facts some false and baseless accusations, will receive the deserved response at every level of the judiciary inside and outside the country .
SPAK can make the accusation, but never the trial! This belongs only to the court and the confrontation of lies with political motivation, with the truths will be everywhere and to anyone, with the same currency.
