Prime Minister Edi Rama has clarified his statement that prosecutors should not make the mistake of taking his phone. The SP leader said it was a joke because to take his phone one has to go to parliament.
"This phone thing is a joke, because to get my phone, you have to go to parliament, others, others. It is a joke and it is a joke that is related to what happens with many phones that are taken from people on the streets. It was a joke, for all those who are in parliament there are other procedures. There was no concrete connection with my phone at all," Rama said on the "Repolitix" show.
Regarding the statement that he will no longer accept SPAK's arrests without trial and GJKKO's notary decisions, the head of government said: "I have constantly raised the problem and we have a very big problem as a state, that we are on the Torture Committee's blacklist for pre-trial detentions, this has always been my concern."
