Analyst Arjan Curri criticized SPAK, accusing him that the arrest of the secretary of the Ministry of Health was an idle noise and that they should deal with tenders in the pandemic, where, as he calls it, "they have made a name for themselves".
In an interview for the show "Top Story", he said that Minister Manastirliu was aware of what her secretary, Joana Duro, was doing, and that they had a close relationship with each other.
" Secretaries-general are created only to hide, I never believe that a minister does not know what his secretary-general does, especially from the evidence we have, they were together all day, their relationship was close. Such a system has been made, that if the word gets out, these little ones will eat it. What do I say to SPAK when in a Ministry of Health, there was talk of secret tenders, for the purchase of vaccines, maybe even smuggling, since the prime minister said they came but did not say where.
For a ministry that, during the time of Covid, made its name in tenders and secret tenders, SPAK knows nothing about this, and grabs an old 3 million lek in an envelope... this is nothing, it's a useless noise. It's all a game, I want to say an expression: 'The law is like a spider's web, if a fly passes there, the web holds it and blocks it, if a bird passes there, it breaks, the fly – the general secretary,' said Curri .
