Prime Minister Rama has been caught up with almost all the mayors who had not submitted maps of the areas for the Mountain Package. While he has taken them name by name and institution by institution, he has ironically made them "sergeants" and self-critical.
Rama asked them to complete the given order on time, and after Kuçova, Dimal, Shkodra and Kukës, he moved on to the mayor of Devoll.
"Listen to me, mayor of Devoll. You've closed those fuel issues, you've done this fuel issue, you've solved them now... Now why don't you bring the maps...", said Rama, addressing the local elected official.
He then moved on to the mayor of Pogradec, criticizing him as a lakeside city, known for its farmers but also for its beauty and antiquity, and demanded to know why he did not submit the areas with maps.
"I'm not talking about Pogradec. The map of the mountains package needs to come, you had the Adam of the farmers in Pogradec and now you need to bring me the maps," the prime minister said, as the local elected official confirmed the fulfillment of the order.
Even Majlinda Bufi of Roskovec did not escape the "shower". Rama asked the mayor to also self-criticize, while Bufi accepted the criticism, promising to fulfill her duty.
"I didn't bring the maps, that's the truth," she said.
And Rama interrupted: "Okay, I'm self-criticizing...!"
Bufi stood up and agreed to self-criticize: " Yes, I'm self-criticizing not just for me, but for all of us who haven't brought them. We've started the work and we're in the process. Thank you for not criticizing us more."
Rama continued by reminding them that he had worked hard, but did not understand the delay in the maps from the Roskovec Municipality, lagging behind even from Memaliaj.
"You've done a lot of work, but to stay with Memaliaj..." he said.
Bufi tried to respond with a joke from Albanian movies, but Rama interrupted him, passing him on to another mayor.
