Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has reacted sharply to the protest announced by the Democratic Party for Friday afternoon, calling it an act led by anti-Western centers. Through a post on social networks, Ngjela emphasizes that Belgrade and Moscow are behind this protest, which - according to him - are trying to sabotage the European Summit to be held in Tirana.
“The EU SUMMIT in Tirana is a historical value for Albania and its international prestige. Organizing protests at the same time is a clear anti-Istanbul act,” Ngjela declares. He reminds SPAK that such a gathering could be considered a crime against the constitutional order and calls for institutional attention.
The lawyer, known for his staunch pro-Western approach, also demands that the Prime Minister and the State Police act with maximum preparedness to preserve the country's peace and international image. "The police have been put on full alert, and this act shows value for national security," he adds.

Belgrade and Moscow, understandably, are trying to sabotage the European Summit in Tirana with illegal protests. The European Summit in Tirana is of great value for the international prestige of the Republic of Albania.
Does SPAK know that if such a gathering takes place in Tirana, this is an anti-Islamic crime? Of course it does. Does the Prime Minister of Albania know this, that the police should be in major and professional activity?
Of course I know. The police are on full alert, and this act shows value for national security. The European Union Summit in Tirana is of great historical value for the Albanian people and for Albania.
