The meeting of the investigative committee of "Tims" has started. Former Head of the IT Sector in the State Police, Ardit Muço, requests evidence behind closed doors.
"The protection of my rights to respect private life, to guarantee my physical safety, as well as because of classified information", he declared.
The Chairman of the Security Commission, Ervin Salianji, requested that the doors be open again.
"We have to take it into consideration even though I think that all the testimonies should be more open doors. Because there is no state secret. The claim is that it has never been made public", said Salianji.
Even the MP Lefter Gështenja requested that the testimony be with open doors.
"I don't see any reason other than the maneuvers used by the majority for these hearings to be held behind closed doors. I would ask that the hearing be held with open doors, what happened. Even with closed doors, what was heard was shocking. Therefore, deep concern in this dimension. The meeting lasted until 4 in the morning", said Gështenja.
And today, at 1:00 p.m., Besjan Tanuzi, Former Director of Systems, in the State Police, will testify. While at 14:00, Ervina Gjana, Director of Cybercrime, in the State Police, will testify.
